We started by selling our flasks at local markets to test the product and get feedback from customers. You could say we literally did "market research". The feedback was extremely positive on the flasks, the designs and the price we had set. The flasks keep contents hot or cold for up to 12 hours and our customers come and tell us the many ways they use them, for tea, soup, noodles, fresh fruit, milkshakes etc.
We currently sell the flasks at three markets to continue promotion of the flasks and to gather more valuable feedback.
In January 2010 we switched our focus to our goal of developing retail outlets for our flasks and pulling back from direct sales via the markets. Feedback from retailers has again been very positive and our outlets have grown quickly and continue to grow.
Recently we also launched other business services, including custom designs, to enable companies to use our flasks as promotional gifts for clients. See our business services page for more information.
