So now that you know we are a franchise, let me tell you more about our business.
When customers enter our shop they are overwhelmed with the amount of products they have to choose from.
A wall of balloons in all shapes and sizes, Costume Accessories, Tableware in several choices of colours, Helium Hire, Confectionery, Wedding & Hens Night accessories. Pinatas for the kids,etc.
When someone contacts us and mentions they are having an event, we listen to what they would like, then we respond with several ideas and options. So many people require different things depending on wether the event is outside, inside, low ceiling or tall ceiling.
The Confectionery & Party Shops are members of BASA-A (Balloon Artists & Suppliers Association of Australasia Inc). BASA-A are a non profit orginisation who support businesses and sole traders in the balloon, floristry and entertainment business.
We attend Balloon Training events where we learn how to grow the business with new designs & hints.
