The University of Ballarat’s Horsham Campus has announced the introduction of a retail training program designed for those currently in the industry and students seeking to enter it.

Two streams of retail training will be offered. A broad-based retail training program involving a certificate qualification, Certificate II in Retail Operations, and Stand alone training programs offering training in retail selling skills, customer service and store merchandising & window displays
